In marketing to move the products from manufactures to consumers there are distribution channels of persons named wholesaler ,retailer, consumer ,distributor, manufacturer.., these are the persons with the help of which the products are able to reach the end numbers of consumers..
The distribution channels are :
1. 0 level distribution channel : This type of distribution channel which contains door to door selling , email order.
2. 1 level distribution channel : This channel contains manufacturer and customer the producer has direct link with the customers he sells direct selling to the customers .
3. 2 level distribution channel: This channel contains manufacturer ,wholesaler , retailer and consumer ..the product is being manufactured by the manufacturer then it is purchased by the wholesaler then the retailer purchases it from wholesaler and at last the customers purchase it by retailer .
4.3 level distribution channel : This channel is based on five agents the manufacturer ,wholesaler, distributor ,retailer and at last the customers ...it takes a longer time to go to last consumers hand as the agent are more as compared to the level 1 st 2nd 3 rd distribution channel ..
These are the level of distribution basied on marketing distribution channel..
